Develop a testbed to be used to test and document a secure voice architecture for use by all federal, state and local agencies and support consultants.

With $1.1 million in funding over two years from Airforce Research Labs through DHS, ITEC continued the development of a secure-data and voice network architecture that supports secure landline-to-landline, landline-to-mobile and mobile-to-mobile communications. ITEC is 5 partnering with University of Columbia and Texas A&M University at Commerce to establish a testbed interconnecting the universities for design and testing of the architecture.
